Our Quality Commitment

Gula Pet upholds rigorous standards of quality, safety, and efficacy within our product line. As a result, we do not resell returned products and are unable to accept returns.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you believe that your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We are able to offer a replacement or product credit for the item.

To report a damaged or faulty product, please email us at so.fetch@gula.life describing your concern. Include the product name and lot number. You may be asked to provide proof of defect and proof of destruction of the defective products.

Eligibility

Requests for refunds and shop credit are eligible for online purchases only. If you purchased from a retail location, please follow the retailer's return policy.
