Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. GULA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@gulap.life within 30 days of delivery to request a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
